REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN for Off Season Training and Conditioning for the New Orleans Metro Stars.
Off season training and conditioning is a great starting point for participation in track and field. In the off season, we work to build strength and endurance. We also make corrections in mechanics and build fundamentals. It is a good introduction for athletes interested in participating with us for the regular season. It is also a good way to correct bad habits formed in our time away from the track.
Off Season conditioning costs $30 per month for the months of November to February. There will be a trial period in October.

Regular Season Practices
Hello All,
Our season will be starting in May so we will start moving into regular season practices. We will be meeting at the practice track at City Park at 6pm on Monday through Thursday and at the levee on River Road at 9:30am on Saturdays.
We would really like the athletes to make at least three days of practice as we are moving from base conditioning workouts into interval work in the next few weeks. If they are not able to make it to a work out, try to have them get a 1.5 mile run in.
